Victorian house was transformed by sanding and staining and oiling this old relic.
Plenty of bitumen around the edges as per normal.The customer wanted something a little different.
The floor was sanded from 40 to 100 then stained with a water based teak finish stain and them oiled over the top to create a unique finish on this.
The results were well worth the effort and the customer was overjoyed
